Ate at Los Cuates in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Fantastic service, atmosphere, and food! I rate this Mexican restaurant 4 1/2 of 5 stars!
I'm sorry but I doubt it very much if you'll be able to find a good one in NY.southern Calif and southern Texas are your best bets.

The Mexico zone at epcot is truly fake.. but the Restaurant San Angel Inn is truly mexican, what a contradiction
